When you contact us through the form on this site, we process the data you provide yourself: full name, email, phone number (optional), which apartment you're interested in, expected move-in date, number of occupants / pet (optional), and the content of your message.
Purpose of processing
We process your data solely to handle your rental inquiry — in particular to arrange a viewing and, where applicable, to prepare a lease agreement.
Legal basis
The legal basis for processing is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR — processing is necessary to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract (pre-contractual measures). Retention period
We keep your data for 6 months from the last contact, unless a tenancy is established between us. If a lease is signed, we keep the data for the duration of the tenancy and afterwards for as long as required by law (e.g. accounting and tax regulations).
